Opinion is divided on whether the market should be revamped or moved.<br \/>\nCouncil is finally awake to the popular local zeitgeist that small retailers with an eclectic range of offerings should be offered the opportunity to take up a city centre location, possibly in a shared setting.<br \/>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\"href=\"http:\/\/www.pborofm.com\/\"target=\"new\">Peterborough FM<\/a>, a not-for-profit community radio station and beneficiary of a \u00a390,000 grant from Children in Need and other funding sources, begins transmitting again for 28 days from 20th November to the 17th of December 2010 on 87.7FM. They are affiliated to the Peterborough African Community Organisation. &#8220;<em>Using radio as a tool, Peterborough FM contributes to regeneration and improved community cohesion and capacity in the city. Peterborough FM is sees as a community resource, to be used by individuals and organisations making up the city\u2019s community. The project brings together people from diverse backgrounds who would not meet each other in the normal course of their lives<\/em>. &#8221;<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nInsurers report that tractor thefts have become a serious problem both locally and nationally, and many of the stolen vehicles turn up abroad. New security techniques and some detective work is beginning to recover more of the machines back to their owners.<br \/>\nThe Archdeacon of Lincoln is urging vicars to offer a service blessing gritting machines and other suitable recipients. The Archdeacon himself has blessed many in his time. Telephone blessing is not an option.<br \/>\nA rogue tricked \u00a3300 from a Yaxley resident by posing as a British Heart Foundation worker.<br \/>\nThe recently vacant Broadway Theatre will not be ready for the Christmas panto season sadly, but the new proprietors Stage Live are working on the project, and will offer a full programme of events starting in March of next year.<br \/>\nA lady from Westwood has given either blood or plasma 263 times. Many other locals have given generously, and they suggest that you do the same.<br \/>\nThe Film Friday reviewer does not have a good word for the new Harry Potter film, &#8220;Deathly Hallows&#8221;, and says that it consists mainly of three people camping in the woods and exchanging desultory remarks.
