PAUL STAINTON: There are reports that a multi-million pound bid to buy the site of the empty PDH has been rejected, and that the land will now be put onto the open property market. The Trust was criticised by Peterborough’s MP Stewart Jackson for not putting the site on the open market in the first place, and Stewart’s with us this morning. Morning Stew.
STEWART JACKSON: Good morning Paul.
PAUL STAINTON: Most people would have been surprised that it wasn’t put out on the open market originally. You were very surprised and shocked, considering they need all the money they can get. Continue reading “The PDH Site Sale Saga Continues ..”

Julian Bray on Aviation Today

Drive BBC Radio Cambridgeshire

PETER SWAN: The most direct effect of 9/11 has been, for many of us, on the way we fly. Well let’s speak with Julian Bray, an aviation expert from Peterborough. Evening to you Julian. Now I suppose, looking at things in a broader sense, it was the fact that September 11th was suicide attacks that was really a bit of a game-changer for the aviation industry. You think that’s fair?
