As they await the outcome of an internal report into the amount of money they spend on consultants, Peterborough City Council will welcome the news that they have won a “Creme de la Creme” Award for their procurement practices, from global communications services company WPP.
WPP are unimaginably large, the world’s biggest advertising company in revenue terms, with widespread interests in advertising, public relations, and market research.
